Flight Booking and Arrival Guidelines

Parents are responsible for booking their child’s flights to and from Dublin, ideally during normal office hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, or Sat 9am–6pm in exceptional cases). Low-cost carriers are not recommended due to limited support and luggage allowances. Flight details should be shared with Rockbrook International in advance. On arrival, a staff member will meet the student at the airport and escort them to their host family, providing all necessary information. Students are advised to arrive one or two days before school starts and to return home shortly after the programme ends.
