How can I pay for my programme or course?

You can make payment by bank transfer with the following information:

IMPORTANT: When making the bank transfer put the name of the student on the transfer so we know who the transfer is from.

Procedure for students requiring a visa
  1. When we receive the completed application form, signed and dated, we can begin the enrolment process. We also require your son’s/daughter’s previous year’s school reports with examination results.
  2. When we have made our decision whether to accept the student on to our programme, we will let you know immediately.
  3. We then send you an invoice.
  4. Contact your local visa office to find out the
    specific requirements for applying for a
    student visa for Ireland.
  5. To obtain the visa typically the full fees
    must be paid in advance so that we can
    issue a formal acceptance letter.
  6. Private Health Insurance is also required.
  7. Once the visa application has been
    concluded please inform Rockbrook.
  8. Consult with Rockbrook before booking any flights. Flight arrivals must be at
    reasonable times.
Procedure for students NOT requiring a visa
  1. When we receive the completed application form, signed and dated, we can begin the enrolment process. We also require your son’s/daughter’s previous year’s school reports with examination results.
  2. When we have made our decision whether to accept the student on to our programme, we will let you know immediately.
  3. We then send an invoice. 25% of the full amount must be paid into our bank account to reserve the place.
  4. Apply for private Health Insurance.
  5. Consult with Rockbrook before booking any flights. Flight arrivals must be at
    reasonable times
  6. All semester stays must be paid in full
    before arrival.
  7. Academic year stays must be paid in full
    before the Christmas break.
