Mentoring

Student Support and Mentorship
Personalised Attention &
24/7 Emergency Support
Every student on our programme receives some level of personal student support, depending on their choice of programme. The COMPLETE Programme offers the highest level of mentorship. Each student is assigned a tutor who looks after them and helps them settle in school and with their host family. The tutor will meet with the student every two weeks in school, with quick catch-ups also possible on Saturdays. Tutors keep in regular contact with the student’s parents and are always available if any issues need to be discussed. Tutors are adults with experience dealing with children and generally have lived in Ireland for many years, so they are familiar with the cultural differences and way of life. They are trustworthy and reliable, offering essential support throughout the year as an important part of the programme.
Students on the CLASSIC programme are offered a 24/7 emergency support service. Tutors assist them closely during the first weeks of their stay, with meetings afterwards only if the student requires assistance or in emergencies.
