Living with an Irish Family
Students live with Irish families who have children of a similar age. They are expected to behave like any other member of the family and abide by the same rules as the children of their age. The families are carefully selected, based on their complete trustworthiness, especially in regard to moral and Christian values.
Students should realise that they are not staying in a hotel, nor should they treat the family as if they were paying customers. So, they should do their utmost to integrate into the family, be polite at all times and where necessary perform the small duties that other children in the family do, for example, setting the table, tidying their room, etc.
